Did you ever have these moments, this feeling - when you are completely here, completely present, completely home inside yourself, in this moment ?
Yes Home and Free. In these Moments, I am seeing the World around me, I perceive the World, the shelf full of books, the white painted ceiling of the room, I hear the rain rattle and yet - yet I don’t really see this World, I view the World and yet it is different than usual, it seems more like an image, not real, not meaningful, without relevance - just there / here - a reflection of what is. And me, I am feeling home, vibrating full of energy - I Am - entirely & here; here, simply. I can barely speak, whispering seems to be acceptable, which I can do when I wish to speak, if anything, what do I want to communicate? I Am - without thoughts, not even thinking of me being seems possible. I can communicate my feelings through my whispers, express my Gratitude to share. Gratitude for this moment. Tears start running over my face - Love and Gratitude suffuses me almost overwhelms me. Letting me perceive what I happen to forget so often in the manoeuvres of life, how it feels to be. How overwhelming and giant, full of Love and Light. Thank You for this Perception - THANK YOU! Thank you for this insight, which is the home I was looking for, the home and the connection, which has the power to transform my fear. Thank you with all my heart, out of full love. I AM

Hast du schonmal diese Momente gehabt, dieses Gefühl wenn du vollkommen da bist, vollkommen gegenwärtig, vollkommen zuhause, in diesem Moment ?
Ja zuHause und Frei. - Ich sehe die Welt um mich herum und nehme sie wahr, das Regal voller Bücher, die weiß-gestrichene Decke des Raumes, höre den Regen draussen rasen und doch - doch sehe ich die Welt nicht wirklich, ich schaue sie an und es ist anders als sonst, die Welt erscheint mir wie ein Bild, nicht wirklich, nicht bedeutsam, ohne Bedeutung - einfach da - ein Abbild dessen, was ist. Und ich, ich fühle mich zuhause, ich vibriere voller Energie - ich bin - vollkommen & da; hier, einfach. Ich kann kaum reden, flüstern erscheint mir annehmbar, das kann ich wenn ich etwas sagen möchte, was überhaupt, möchte ich denn kommunizieren? Ich bin - ohne Gedanken, nichtmal dass ich einfach da bin kann ich denken. Was ich fühle kann ich kommunizieren durch mein Flüstern, meine Dankbarkeit ausdrücken um sie mitzuteilen. Dankbarkeit für diesem Moment. Mir laufen die Tränen übers Gesicht - die Liebe und Dankbarkeit erfüllt mich und überrollt mich fasst. Lässt mich wahrnehmen was ich so oft vergesse in den Manövern des Lebens, wie es sich anfühlt zu sein. Wie überwältigend und gross, voller Liebe und Licht. Danke für diese Wahrnehmung - DANKE! Danke für die Erkenntnis, dass dies das Zuhause ist, was ich gesucht habe, das Zuhause und die Verbindung, welche es möglich machen, meine Angst zu transformieren.
