knowledge exchange with international students, artists, architects,…offshore-laboratory at an old concrete rainwater basin for collective, experimental learning to challenge routines and habits of urban practice
the greenhouse
growing tomatoes in 50 self-made wooden boxes installed on a scaffolding structure
planting around 35 varieties of tomato-plants
designed and built an irrigation system
in cooperation with Jeanne Astrup-Chauvaux from raumlabor
planning, cutting and sewing the inflatable rooftops for rainwater collection
in cooperation with Katherine Ball at the ‘water tower’ – preparing beds of straw in a line of bathtubs for mushroom spawn, the mycelium / mushrooms growing on the straw are filtering the rainwater and are edible
